Main menu:

The Rotary Club of Roding is a small friendly club with a great track record. We gained our charter in 1992 and belong to the new North-East Area of the London District.

Our club has been a mixed one right from its foundation and we maintain a good balance between the sexes.

We organise a range of events in the Loughton/Chigwell area - Christmas Fayre, Summer Fete, Quiz Nights, concerts - to raise money for needy causes both in our community and in the wider world community. Among the many causes we have supported recently are:

  • Riding For the Disabled

  • Kids Out

  • Jubilee Lodge

  • Vitalise

  • Little Heath School

  • Eye Camps

  • Shelter Box

  • Memory Café

and above all we have joined Rotarians throughout the world in ridding all nations of the scourge of Poliomyelitis. Last year, through our efforts India was free of polio for the first time. We're nearly there. Come and help us!
