Oo La La Evening - Roding Rotary Club

Our Oo La La! evening in aid of our international charities was a great success. The event took place at the house of our international Chair, Christine Johnson, and her Rotary legend of a husband, ex-District Governor Trevor. It was a bit of a squash but the food was authentic French cuisine: Coq au vin, Tartiflette and Ratatouille, followed by an amazing range of desserts and a selection of French cheeses. Between courses guests were entertained by ex-President Bob Bishop singing French cabaret songs both in French and English. So convincing was he that one of our guests was heard to say to him that he spoke very good English for a Frenchman!
