Sunday 24 November Celebration “Bop” buffet lunch in memory of Mike Merritt at 103 Church Hill, Loughton, IG10 1QR. Proceeds will go to Brain Research UK. Cost £30 per head which includes a glass of Prosecco.
Thursday 5 December - Carol Singing at Frank Foster Care Home in Theydon Bois. Arrive 13.30 for a 14.00 start.
Sunday 8 December - Christmas Fayre at Theydon Bois Village Hall. Stall fees to go to 'The Children's Book Trust' and Noah's Ark Community Hub in Buckhurst Hill. Donations at the door will go to finance a circus trip for disabled children.
Wednesday 11 December - Club Christmas Lunch at the New Boar in Abridge. Deposit of £10 required from those attending. Meet at noon.
Wednesday 29 January - Bridge Drive in aid of Cancer Research UK and Brain Research UK. £20 per player (£80 per table). Tickets from Ros Dover 07884 177707
